At Patriot Laser Artistry, we proudly accept custom project requests to bring your unique vision to life.

Requesting a Custom Order

To receive a price estimate for your custom project, please complete the form below and provide the following details:

  • Project Type – Describe the type of item you’d like created.
  • Dimensions – Specify the size requirements for your project.
  • Design Elements – Include any specific images, logos, or design details.

Once we receive your request, we will prepare an initial price estimate and provide an estimated timeline for completion. A confirmation email with all project details will be sent to you.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs will be billed separately upon project completion to ensure accurate rates are applied.

Custom Order Process

  1. Deposit & Scheduling – A 50% down payment is required to secure your place in our production schedule.
  2. Design Approval – Before production begins, we will provide a detailed computer model of your design for approval.
  3. Revisions – If changes are needed, we will revise the design and send a new model for final confirmation.
  4. Production & Final Payment – Once approved, we will begin production. Upon completion, the remaining 50% balance and shipping cost will be due.
  5. Delivery – After the final payment is received, we will carefully package and ship your custom order.

Copyright & Trademark Responsibility

Patriot Laser Artistry is not responsible for ensuring that custom projects comply with copyright and trademark regulations. The customer assumes full responsibility for obtaining proper rights or permissions for any provided images or designs. By submitting a custom request, you confirm that you own or have legal authorization to use the content.

Right to Refuse Service

Patriot Laser Artistry reserves the right to refuse any project for any reason at our discretion.
